Press a key...{}
The value of the key pressed. If you press "a", it returns "a". If you hold Shift, it returns "A". This is what you usually want for text input.
The physical key on the keyboard. Pressing "A" returns "KeyA" regardless of language or modifiers. Use this for games (WASD) or shortcuts.
A deprecated numeric code (ASCII-like). It's inconsistent across browsers. Do not use this in modern apps, but we show it here for legacy debugging support.
